Nicole Kidman-omega Ladymatic watches
Back in 1955, Omega launched the Ladymatic wristwatch line that defined feminine grace and elegance in that era. A lot has changed since then, and the modern woman now needs to balance her time between work, family, friends, and more. In 2010, the Ladymatic name was revived with a family of watches designed for the accomplished woman in the 21st century, like Nicole Kidman for instance (who happens to be the face and wrist of Omega Ladymatic).

The original Ladymatic was one of the brand’s first self-winding watches to be designed especially for women and featured the smallest automatic movement OMEGA had ever made. Similarly, the Ladymatic watches of today boast the best series-produced mechanical watch movements in the world and equally stunning designs to match.
the Ladymatic Watches line defined feminine grace and elegance in another era. It was one of the brand's first self-winding watches to be designed especially for women and it featured the smallest automatic movement Omega had ever made. Omega Watch has revived the legendary name with a family of watches whose design originality and Co-Axial innovation combine to give an entirely new meaning to Ladymatic. These are timepieces that have been created to address women's desire to own wristwatches that make profound fashion statements but which are also equipped with the best series-production mechanical watch movements in the world.
All Ladymatic watches feature polished 34 mm cases (in 18 carat red/yellow gold or in stainless steel) with a distinctive ceramic ring between an outer decorative wave and the inner case body, a choice of polished or snow-set diamond-paved bezels, the Omega Co-Axial calibre 8520-8521 movement and supernova patterned face.
As for the straps, choose from metal bracelets to match the cases or alligator straps in mother-of-pearl white or brilliant black. Each watch in the Omega Ladymatic collection comes with a four-year warranty and is an officially certified chonometer, a testimony to their outstanding timekeeping performance.

The Ladymatic, like its ambassador Nicole Kidman, exudes glamour in the fluid femininity of its design, based on the abstract concept of a sensual, sinuous wave. The 34 mm case is decorated on its sides with a relief wave pattern over a super-durable ceramic ring, and the bezel boasts 184 full-cut snow-set diamonds with a combined weight of 1.04 carats.

The face of the watch is highlighted by a supernova pattern emanating from the center of the lustrous mother-of-pearl dial. This is set off with a diamond-polished date window at 3 o’clock, with the other 11 hours marked by single-cut diamonds with a total weight of 0.12 carats. The Super-LumiNova-coated hands are wrought from 18 Ct white gold, and the crown is distinguished with a briolette-cut diamond with a weight of 0.08 carat.

The exhibition caseback, uncommon even for a mechanical ladies' watch, reveals the Co-Axial calibre 8520/8521, which of course is regulated by the Daniels co-axial escapement. In addition, this calibre is equipped with Omega’s exclusive Si 14 silicon balance spring, reflecting Omega's pioneering role in adapting this new material.

The Omega Ladymatic is water-resistant to 100 meters, and presented with a stainless steel bracelet featuring Omega’s patented 3-row screw-and-pin design with a butterfly clasp.
